EL Industries International is a company which specializes in the export of environmental equipment.

Working with our own network of in-country distributors, we offer complete sales, product information, expertise, installation and after sales parts and service facilities.

With our specialization in the environmental equipment business, we can design complete operating systems to meet the individual needs of our end users.

In 1917, the predecessor to EL Industries – The Elgin Corporation – was formed to market the products of Elgin Sweeper Company (manufacturer of street sweepers).

In 1934, the products of the Leach Company (manufacturer of refuse collection bodies) were added to the company’s representation.

In 1965, the company purchased the assets of the Vreeland Company which represented both Leach and Elgin in the export market. This was the start of what is now known as EL Industries International, Inc.

Since 1965, the company has sold over $800 million USD in over 75 different countries, in the various markets around the world. With local distribution located in over 30 countries, EL Industries (and the manufacturers that they represent) have a worldwide reputation as the leaders in their industries.
